Simple Tip to Ease Stress and Stay Fit

Dear friends,

We all have problems and sometimes they got us stressed and bring us down.
No worries folks, here's a simple thing to do to bring the sun up and keep yourself fit ^^

Whenever you feel down, just do 10 push ups. I guarantee that you'll feel better.
Well, if you don't, just do another 10 ^^

BTW, there's still many ways to overcome stress and be happy.
I'll post it another time, as it is midnight now. Gotta sleep ^^

Uhm.. Sleep is one way to reduce stress too ^^
